- 6 week personal training and support package tailored to you
- Specifically targeted towards for fat loss and improved health
- 1 personal training session per week at fully equipped, friendly gym
- Calorie targets, nutritional guidance and support with tracking
- Weekly measurement meeting and accountability chat
- Support and communication outside of the gym to help keep you on track
- Homework such as mobility exercises and fun challenges
- Step count target with daily results sent to me
- My full support for 6 weeks - honesty, kindness and motivation
- A well organised 6 weeks with the friendliest, motivational coach!

- Additional Personal Training and Pilates Training can be added (POA)
Fat Loss Personal Training
The Tracker Package is all about…tracking! And I’ll be tracking you. Over a 6 week period we will combine personal training gym sessions, calorie targeting, food strategies, step counts, scheduled Measurement meets and support via WhatsApp.
All of this combined with my personal coaching is aimed to get you on track and keep you on track for the long term.
Before signing up for this programme please consider your commitment. You will be expected to:
- Attend at least 1 x PT Gym Session with me per week (60 min)
- Attend 1 x 15 min Measurements Meet per week (or send me weekly measurements)
- Complete homework such as short mobility routines or fun challenges
- Track your calories and send me totals
- Track your daily step count and send me the recorded totals
- Follow advice about the types of food you eat
- Preferably, cut out alcohol for 6 weeks – (I’ve been there, if I can do it, so can you)
- Follow advice about healthy living and positive mind set
In return, you can expect me to:
- Plan tailor made PT Gym Sessions based on your goals and abilities
- Check in with you to see how you are getting on with daily targets
- Monitor your measurements and keep records
- Adjust your suggested calorie target if needed
- Be supportive, empathetic and encouraging
- Be truthful even when it might be tough to hear (I’ll always be kind but honest)
- Work WITH you to achieve sustainable goals
- Have the biggest smile when you succeed
I’ll be the shoulder you can lean on during your journey. And the one you are welcome to swear at whenever you need!
